Flow Activities

What activities are likely to get you into flow? That state of consciousness that makes you perform at your best and feel great. Here is a list of activities that are packed with flow triggers. Read the post about Flow Triggers for an in depth explanation. For this list you don’t need to understand these triggers, but I highly recommend to check it out!

I did my best to make a varied list. It includes activities that are easy for anyone to get into. Also, some items are categories of activities. This way you’ll have many more examples and idea’s to start with. Here is a list of 10 flow activities:

  • Running
  • Yoga
  • Writing
  • Drumming
  • Ecstatic Dance
  • Playing Video Games
  • Having Sex
  • Circus Sports, like juggling, slacklining and acrobatics
  • Martial Arts
  • Action and Adventure Sports like climbing, longboarding and mountain biking
